Capacity Building Workshop among CIPRED Team in Pokhara | 19-21 August 2026

With productive capacity-building sessions, hands-on workshops on report, proposal writing, and financial management and engaging team-building activities, CIPRED organized a Capacity-Building Workshop among the CIPRED team in Pokhara. The workshop aimed to strengthen the team’s capacity to develop strategic proposals that reflect the aspirations, priorities, and lived realities of Indigenous Peoples and translate into meaningful action on the ground.

Featuring presentations, interactive group discussions, practical exercises, and collaborative activities, the workshop enhanced participants’ understanding and sharpened their skills in proposal and report writing. The sessions also strengthened the team’s understanding of financial management and responsibilities.

The workshop was facilitated by Dr Shree Kumar Maharjan, Dr Sunit Adhikari, CA Bishesh Bibu Acharya, and Mr Pemba Sherpa, with active participation from the CIPRED team.
